Claudia Hernandez

Claudia Hernandez, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Reser's Fine Foods since October 2022. Prior to this role, Claudia held various positions at Prima®️ Wawona from May 2017 to October 2022, including Human Resources Ops Manager for the Plant Division and Organizational Development Supervisor, among others. Claudia coordinated the H-2A Program, managing over 60 temporary foreign guest workers. Earlier experience includes roles such as Human Resources Assistant at CSU, Fresno and Office Assistant at Stone Wolf Vineyards Winery. Claudia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Marketing focus and a minor in Agricultural Business from California State University, Fresno, and holds an Associates of Science/Oregon Transfer Business Degree from Chemeketa Community College.
