Gary McEvoy has extensive experience in operations and business development, with a focus on the food manufacturing industry. Gary currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Reser's Fine Foods, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this role, they were with Bakkavor for over 20 years, where they held various leadership positions. These included Vice President of Partnership Development, Vice President and General Manager, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President and General Manager of the East Coast & Canada. Throughout their career, Gary has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, develop business partnerships, and drive operational efficiency.

Gary McEvoy received their education from various institutions. In 1998-1999, they attended Ulster University, where they obtained a PgDip in Biotechnology. Prior to that, from 1994-1998, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Food Technology and Management at the same university. Gary also earned a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Ulster University during 1996-1997. Additionally, they attended Cranfield School of Management for the General Management Programme, though the specific duration is unknown. In terms of certifications, they obtained a NEBOSH NGC1 qualification in Occupational Safety and Health from NEBOSH in 2005. Furthermore, Gary McEvoy acquired additional certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in 2023, IOSH Managing Safely from IOSH, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ITU. Gary also holds the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH.
