Stephen Breski

Stephen Breski has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Stephen started their career at Allegheny Construction Group in 2014, where they worked as an Estimator/Project Engineer for a few months. Later in the same year, they joined Reserve Advisors, LLC and held various roles including Engineer, Senior Civil Engineer, Manager of Product Development, and currently, as the Director of Product Development. Stephen has been with Reserve Advisors since 2014 and has gained expertise in areas such as reserve studies, turnover inspections, site inspections, and insurance appraisals. Stephen's work experience showcases their ability to take on different responsibilities and contribute to various aspects of the industry.

Stephen Breski obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the District of Columbia Department of Licensing and Consumer Protection in July 2023.
