Shilpa Rao

Shilpa Rao is a knowledgeable professional with expertise in gender and finance, currently serving as the Lead at the Reserve Bank Innovation Hub (RBIH). Previously, Shilpa held positions as a Senior Consultant at The World Bank and as the Senior Consultant Team Lead at Altair Ltd. Additionally, Shilpa contributed to Lokyata as a Consultant in Product, Sales, and Strategy, and led state government engagements at the IDFC Institute. Shilpa holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from RV College of Engineering.
