Marea Sing

Marea Sing has a diverse background in economics and analytics, with experience in roles such as Senior Business Analyst at Canback Consulting, Macroprudential Economist/Specialist at the South African Reserve Bank, and Acting Manager for Modelling at Reserve Bank of New Zealand. They are currently leading a small team responsible for maintaining and developing the main forecasting model at the South African Reserve Bank. Marea's educational background includes a MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, a Masters degree in Information Technology: Big Data Science from the University of Pretoria, and ongoing PhD studies in Economics at the University of Birmingham.
