Gabriela Boskova

Gabriela Boskova is a Content Manager at Reservio since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing the content marketing team, enhancing content creation processes, and overseeing localization into 11 languages. Previously, Gabriela served as the KCS Program Lead at Mews for nearly two years, developing and managing the KCS roadmap and driving improvements in content creation for support inquiries. Prior experience includes roles at Red Hat as a Knowledge Manager, Knowledge Management Specialist, and People Operations Writer, focusing on documentation, strategy development, and knowledge base adoption. Gabriela also has experience as a Marketing Operations Manager at Peter Svenning Leadership by Heart and as an Editor at Milk & Honey. Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Cultural Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Czech Studies from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.
