Neil has worked for reputable companies such as Reservoir Group, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Schlumberger, and Transocean Petroleum Technology. With a career spanning over three decades, Neil started as an apprentice plumber before transitioning to Coiled Tubing Supervisor roles. Neil holds educational qualifications from Aberdeen Technical College and Banchory Academy.
