Scott began their career in 1992 as a Law Clerk at Joseph R. Curcio, LTD, and later worked in various roles at Vision Trust Entertainment, Rysher Entertainment, and Warner/Chappell Music. In 2002, they joined Chrysalis Music Group USA as the Senior Vice President of Film & Television/A&R, where they stayed until 2011. Cresto then became the President of Music Alternatives in 2011 before joining Reservoir Media Management, Inc. in 2014 as the Executive Vice President of Synchronization & Marketing.
