Otis Brigman has over 8 years of professional experience. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Summer Intern at All-Plastics, where they lead a small assembly line in an industrial plant and had the opportunity to shadow and learn from the President of the company. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Rheem Manufacturing, where they designed and implemented Visual Basic Code to manage unit model databases imported from Oracle and strategically designed a workstation layout in AutoCAD for a U-shaped assembly line. In 2015, they worked as an Arena Simulation RA for DLA Weapon Procurement Model at Defense Logistics Agency, where they documented a complicated Simian Arena model by summarizing it in a pseudo-code form and ensured that the model was working as intended. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Director of Supply Chain Operations at Visual Comfort & Co., where they were the project manager for a new distribution center warehouse and was responsible for creating automated processes and tools. Since 2018, they have been working as a Director of Supply Chain Operations at Resi Media, LLC (formerly Living As One), where they have automated the RMA creation process and created an ecommerce API order automation that replaced the need for manual order entry.
