Scott Horton has over 15 years of experience in IT and product management. In 2020, they began working as a Product Manager for Resi Media, LLC (formerly Living As One). From 2018 to 2020, they were Manager, IT Network Service Assurance at Verizon, leading a seven-member team to create IT solutions for Operations and Customer Care organizations. From 2005 to 2018, they held multiple roles at XO Communications, including Senior Development Manager - IT Service Assurance, Senior Manager of Network Surveillance Systems, and Manager of Network Surveillance Systems. In these roles, they managed a multidisciplinary team, established strategic relationships with external carrier customers, and led the development and launch of a new application.
Scott Horton has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009 with a focus in Finance and General Studies. Scott also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Texas A&M University, which they obtained between 1994 and 1999 with a focus in Computer Engineering. In addition, Scott Horton has obtained two certifications: a Certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019, and an ITIL Foundation certification.
