Sean Warren

Sean Warren has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Sean began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Classified Ventures in 1999. In 2005, they moved to Jet as a Software & Database Programmer, where they were the Lead Designer/Developer for an online Gift Card Ordering application. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at ClickFox, where they held various roles, including Manager Platform Operations & Support, Manager Data Operations & Escalations, Senior Modeling & Automation Engineer, and Modeling & Automation Engineer. In 2017, they joined BryterCX as Director of Platform Operations & Support, where they co-managed key client and partner relationships and was responsible for a P&L of 11 Million in budget. Currently, they are the Director, Procurement and Supply Chain Operations at Resi Media, LLC, where they have scaled company operations, teams and processes from 45 to 130 employees and oversees Hardware Fulfillment & Supply Chain Operations for domestic and international sales, generating 6 Million in annual revenue.

Sean Warren obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Music Theory and Composition from The Evergreen State College between 1990 and 1994. Sean has also obtained a number of certifications from LinkedIn, Medallia, and Six Sigma Global Institute, including Time Management Fundamentals (December 2021), Microservices Foundations (June 2021), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C01): 1 Cloud Services Overview (July 2020), AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02): 2 Storage Design (July 2020), Operational Customer Experience Management Certification (June 2020), Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (June 2020), Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts (May 2020), Learning SSL/TLS (February 2020), Networking Foundations: Networking Basics (June 2019), Developing Managers in Organizations (May 2019), Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers (March 2019), and Hiring and Developing Your Future Workforce (March 2019). Sean is also in the process of obtaining the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02): 3 Virtual Private Cloud certification.
