Carlos E. Gonzalez Jr.

Carlos E. Gonzalez, Jr. has extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Carlos E. began their career at SunTrust in 1999, where they served as Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group until 2009. Following this, they joined BankUnited as Vice President in Corporate & Commercial Banking from 2009 to 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Carlos served as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Investment Officer at Resia (formerly AHS Residential), where they led various teams responsible for capital markets, asset management, leasing, and sales strategies.

Carlos E. Gonzalez, Jr. received their Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. In 2009 to 2010, they pursued further education at Florida International University, completing a Masters Degree in Finance. As their high school education, they attended Christopher Columbus High School from 1989 to 1993. In 2018, Carlos also participated in the Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School Executive Education, focusing on finance.
