Norma Greenspan

Norma Greenspan is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in managerial and senior accounting roles. Currently serving as Accounting Manager at RESICAP since July 2023, Greenspan previously held the position of Controller at CR Commercial Corp from June 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, Greenspan was an Accounting Manager at Hendon Properties from June 2016 to June 2020 and worked as a Senior Accountant at Genesis Real Estate Advisers, LLC between November 2013 and May 2016. Greenspan's career also includes positions as an Accountant at TSCG (The Shopping Center Group) and Colliers Spectrum Cauble, spanning from October 2008 to October 2013 and April 2007 to May 2008, respectively. Greenspan earned a degree from the University of South Florida, completing studies from 1982 to 1987.
