Jessica Abate has been working in the hospitality industry since 2015. Jessica began their career as a Bar Manager at Union Square Hospitality Group in 2015. In 2016, they moved to COJE Management Group as a General Manager. In 2017, they accepted a position as General Manager of Restaurants at Eataly. In 2019, they became the General Manager of Full Service, Mercado Little Spain for ThinkFoodGroup. In 2020, they joined Rezdôra as the General Manager and was responsible for the One Michelin star restaurant. Currently, they are working at Resident Hospitality as the Director of Training and Development and Director of Hospitality.
Jessica Abate attended Franklin and Marshall College from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a B.A. in Anthropology and a B.A. in Spanish. In 2007, they also attended Universidad de Sevilla.
