Cathy Heckman is a licensed real estate agent at Resident Realty since January 2009, specializing in assisting sellers, buyers, and investors in real estate transactions, alongside conducting research and market analysis. Cathy's early career in the food service industry spanned from 1980 to 1996, where responsibilities included management and operational oversight in assisted living and nursing facilities. Cathy graduated as a Realtor from Northern Colorado College of Real Estate in 2008.
