H. Craig Plantz has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as President and CEO of Resident Realty since March 1995, where the focus is on providing state-of-the-art tools and programs for agents in California, Colorado, and Texas. As a founder and president of an early company that posted MLS listings on the internet for consumer access, Plantz contributed significantly to the evolution of real estate services before the company was acquired by EW Scripps in December 1999. Prior to entering the real estate sector, Plantz served in the United States Air Force as a Navigation Systems Specialist, maintaining RF4-C aircraft systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern California - SPS and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
