Josh Floryance

Josh "Flo" Floryance has extensive experience in the real estate and automotive sales industries. Since February 2015, Josh has served as a Realtor® and small business owner at Resident Realty, specializing in lead generation and managing client transactions. Concurrently, since February 2018, Josh owns Flo's Auto Sales, LLC, a licensed vehicle dealership in Colorado that aims to create a positive buying experience for customers. Prior to these roles, Josh held significant positions, including Senior National Account Executive at G&K Services, where new business opportunities were championed, and Senior Account Executive at Holden Marketing Group, providing marketing consultations to C-level clients. Other earlier positions include contractor sales at CEDAR SUPPLY LUMBER CO, advertising sales at Greeley Tribune, and life underwriting at State Farm. Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of New Mexico.
