Neil Smith

Neil Smith is a highly skilled Physician Assistant Certified with extensive experience in both urgent care and specialty allergy practices. Currently serving as an Urgent Care Physician Assistant at UCHealth since October 2019, Neil provides compassionate patient care while managing a variety of urgent health issues. As the Founder and CEO of Symbia Allergy Solutions, Neil has successfully directed startup operations and implemented strategic initiatives. Additionally, Neil founded Arrow Allergy, the first online-only allergy care practice, which offers virtual care and innovative allergy treatments. A Real Estate Broker Associate with Resident Realty since January 2024, Neil assists clients in the Denver-Metro area. Neil holds an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado and has an extensive educational background including a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.
