Director, Customer Success at Resident

Janetta Haynes, MBA has a strong background in customer success and management. Janetta is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Resident, where they have been working since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager at Resident from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Resident, Janetta held the role of Customer Care Manager at Mobi from April 2021 to August 2021.

Their experience also includes a position as Vendor Management at Thompson Technologies from September 2018 to August 2019, where they were responsible for acquiring enterprise hardware, software, and IT services, as well as managing vendor relationships.

Janetta's earlier career includes several roles at The Home Depot, such as Contact Center Manager from June 2012 to August 2018, Customer Service Supervisor for HD.com from January 2011 to June 2012, and Customer Service Team Lead from February 2005 to January 2011. In these roles, they oversaw customer service operations, developed strategies to meet performance goals, trained and managed staff, and resolved customer inquiries.

Janetta Haynes, MBA has an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. Janetta also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist-Audiology from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge. In addition, they hold a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, which was obtained in May 2021.
