Meital Avganim Bachbut

Meital Avganim Bachbut has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Meital is currently the Director, HR Business Partner at Resident since October 2021. Prior to this, Meital worked at SQLink Group from 2016 to 2021, where they started as an HR Account Manager and then served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Manager. At SQLink Group, they gained extensive experience in consulting, development, and testing services for hardware, software, and communications.

Before joining SQLink Group, Meital was the Recruitment & Placement Manager at Nisha Group from April 2015 to November 2016. Nisha Group specialized in executive and professional recruitment in the Hi-Tech, Bio-Med, and Finance industries. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Partner at ABG Law Firm from May 2012 to April 2015.

Meital's early career includes an internship at Hacohen Wolf Law Offices in 2011 and experience as a Team Lead and HR at the Israeli Corporations Authority from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Coordinator and HR at The Perach Project from 2008 to 2010.

Meital started their professional journey in the Israel Defense Forces as a Senior HR Officer from 2002 to 2005. Overall, they possess a strong background in HR management, recruitment, and leadership, along with experience in the legal and nonprofit sectors.

Meital Avganim Bachbut obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The Academic Center of Law and Science, specializing in Real Estate and Family Law. Meital also received their license as a lawyer from the Israel Bar Association.
