Eric Lawrence Frazier, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and mortgage industry. Eric Lawrence is currently a Senior Vice President at Residential Bancorp, where they hold a national sales role. Prior to this, Frazier served as the President and CEO of The Power Is Now Media, a multimedia company specializing in real estate and mortgage education.

At The Power Is Now Media, Frazier held multiple roles, including Publisher and Editor in Chief of national real estate magazines, Host and Executive Producer of TV, radio, and podcast programs, Licensed Mortgage Broker, and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Eric Lawrence also founded and managed The Power Is Mortgage Services, a full-service mortgage brokerage.

Frazier gained further experience at First Bank as a Vice President and Mortgage Advisor, specializing in residential real estate transactions. Eric Lawrence supported multiple branch locations and served clients nationwide through online platforms.

In addition to their real estate and mortgage expertise, Frazier has a teaching background. Eric Lawrence served as an adjunct professor at the University of California, Riverside, teaching various classes related to global marketing, finance, and the US mortgage crisis.

Frazier also demonstrated leadership skills as the Orange County Chapter President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and as the National Sales Manager at Intercap Lending. At PrimeLending, they served as the Production Manager for Orange and Corona, California, overseeing loan production and recruitment efforts.

Earlier in their career, Frazier held management positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where they were a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President, and at Washington Mutual, where they were a Vice President and Sales Manager. Eric Lawrence also played a key role in the start-up operation of the Consumer Lending Sales Division for Home Savings of America as a Consumer Lending Regional Manager.

Eric Lawrence Frazier, MBA, completed their education at the University of Redlands. Eric Lawrence obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management (BSBAM) from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from 2006 to 2008.
