Matthew Sweet has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to business development, loan origination, career coaching, and recruitment. Matthew started their career at HSBC as a Senior Account Executive, where they acquired new customers for refinancing mortgages and home equity loans. Matthew then worked at Wachovia Bank as a Mortgage Consultant, where they acquired customers for home purchases and refinancing. After that, they worked at Volt Workforce Solutions as an Accounting and Finance Professional Search Recruiter, sourcing and placing candidates in various fields. Matthew then transitioned to DeVry University as a Career Advisor, providing career counseling and job placement services to students and alumni. Subsequently, they joined Everest College as a Career Coach, marketing employment opportunities and preparing students and graduates for employment. Currently, Matthew is working at Residential Bancorp as a Sr. Business Development Manager and Loan Originator, where they identify and sources loan officers and provides information about mortgage products and services to prospective applicants.
