Ryan Holmes

Ryan Holmes is an experienced mortgage loan originator currently with Residential Mortgage, LLC since January 2023, previously serving in the same role at Homestate Mortgage Company from May 2019 to January 2023. At Homestate Mortgage, Ryan specialized in a variety of loan products, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Rural Development loans, while also offering refinancing options and investor loans. Before their mortgage career, Ryan was the Vice President and Senior Exchange Officer at Alaska Exchange Corporation, managing Like-Kind Property Exchanges under IRS Section 1031 from October 2005 to October 2018. Earlier, Ryan owned Craftsman Tile, Inc., focusing on high-end custom tile and stone installations from May 1997 to May 2011. Ryan attended the University of Alaska Anchorage between 1996 and 1997.
