Tom Allason has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Tom is the founder of Residently, an enterprise SaaS company that provides a seamless digital experience for renters and aims to make renting more profitable for owners and managers. Additionally, they co-founded REHAUS, a managed marketplace for pre-owned designer furniture.

Prior to these ventures, Tom served as a Vice President at eBay, where they led the Product & Engineering team for the Shipping division. Before joining eBay, Tom founded and served as CEO of Shutl, an on-demand ecommerce delivery platform that utilized a marketplace of local courier partners. The company scaled nationally in the UK, expanded to the US, and was eventually acquired by eBay.

Prior to Shutl, Tom founded eCourier, a B2B same-day delivery business that utilized an intelligent resource matching platform. Tom built the company into a leading player in the industry before leaving. eCourier was later acquired by Royal Mail.

Tom's earlier work experience includes a role as Operations Manager/Trainee Broker at Jubilee Ships and a trustee position at FoundationStone.

Tom Allason attended Dartmouth College from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology (in theory). However, they did not complete their degree. Prior to their time at Dartmouth College, they attended Eton College from 1994 to 1998. No specific degree or field of study is specified for their time at Eton College.
