Arturo Valdes San Emeterio is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Resideo since September 2017, Arturo has previously held significant positions at Honeywell, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing operations in San Diego and Tijuana for the Residential Thermal Solutions Business. Arturo's expertise encompasses managing value streams, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, backed by over 15 years at TRW focusing on Six Sigma and problem-solving mentorship. Arturo holds a Master's Degree in Engineering with specialties in Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey, complemented by an Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the same institution.
