Janice Cicilia

Janice Cicilia has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as a Sr HR Generalist (HRBP) for Benelux at Resideo since August 2020. Prior to this role, Janice worked as a Sr. HR Generalist (HRBP) at Honeywell from August 2017 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing a wide range of HR activities within diverse industries. Earlier experience includes positions at ARRIS, where Janice held roles as Statutory Director/Country Manager and HR Manager/Business Partner for EMEA, overseeing daily business operations and HR functions. Janice's career began at Mercer Human Resource Consulting as an HR Assistant, followed by a role as HR & Training Coordinator Benelux at A.T. Kearney. Janice holds a degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, obtained from 1990 to 1994.
