Joshua Lemon

Joshua Lemon serves as the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Resideo since September 2022. Previously, Joshua held the position of Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at Jostens from March 2020 to September 2022, overseeing compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and HR systems with global responsibility. Prior to that, Joshua was the Vice President and Senior Compensation Manager at U.S. Bank, managing company-wide annual awards programs and leading a team focused on broad-based compensation and sales incentive design. Joshua's earlier roles include Compensation Manager at Allianz Life, where responsibilities included sales incentive design and administration, and Compensation Manager at Ceridian, focusing on sales compensation design. Joshua began the career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ceridian, contributing significantly to the consolidation of sales compensation plans. Joshua holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
