Chin Swan Liew

Chin Swan Liew, CCP, GRP, SPHR, currently serves as Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Cognex Corporation, overseeing global compensation, benefits, recognition programs, payroll, HRIS, and global mobility for over 3,000 employees across 35 countries. Previously, Chin held the position of Director of Global Total Rewards at REI, managing compensation strategies for more than 15,000 employees. Prior experience includes roles at F5 Networks as Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, DBS Bank as Head of Sales Compensation, and Mercer as Consultant in Human Capital Strategy, where significant contributions were made in compensation design and strategy across multiple regions in Asia Pacific. Chin holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
