Laura Mendoza

Laura Mendoza is an experienced professional in digital communications and technical support, currently serving as a Digital Communications Leader at Resideo since February 2018. In this role, Laura has successfully supervised teams of up to 30 agents, driving success through effective monitoring, coaching, and feedback. Laura has also established standardized processes during significant organizational changes. Prior to Resideo, Laura worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Honeywell, where customer service and technical assistance were delivered to homeowners, enhancing communication and soft skills. Additionally, Laura has teaching experience from Leeds United Language School and HARMON HALL, focusing on English and Spanish instruction. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Monterrey and a High School Diploma from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
