Pat Tessier

Pat Tessier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management across various companies, including a current role as Vice President of Product Management at Resideo since May 2022. Prior to this, Pat held senior director positions at First Alert and Honeywell, where responsibilities included leading global product management and driving innovation in building automation and thermostat portfolios. Pat's expertise spans R&D investment in hardware, firmware, mobile and desktop tools, as well as cloud applications, with a proven track record of steering cross-functional teams to successfully bring products from conception to market. Pat holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Bethel University, and a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Okanagan College.
