Customer Success at Resights

Sarah Bravo is currently a Customer Success at Resights. Before that, they were an Account Manager at Incitu from October 2019 to September 2021. There, their main task was sales of webshops, development of webshop, creating and registration of vendors, digital marketing training, SoMe, Instagram & Facebook shopping, daily focus on KPI's, sales training, account management, planning and execution of meetings, being the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships with customers, helping customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings, being responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships, and networking meetings. Sarah Bravo has also previously worked as Salg og vurdering at danbolig-kæden from September 2018 to March 2019 and as Kundesupport at Gyldendal from April 2017 to August 2018.

Sarah Bravo has a degree in finance and economics from the Copenhagen Business Academy. Sarah has worked in real estate for several years and is currently a broker.
