Mike Lander is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. As Chief Executive Officer at Piscari Ltd since September 2018, Mike focuses on negotiating better commercial deals for clients. In addition to this, Mike serves as Chairman at Re:signal, driving organic growth for brands. Mike also judges the ALF Sales and Marketing Awards and hosts the Higgle podcast, aimed at improving sales strategies. With entrepreneurial experience as Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Ensoul Interior Architecture and several roles supporting private equity firms and SMEs, Mike is actively involved in mentoring through Piscari Trust. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Cranfield School of Management and a Negotiation Skills Course from Harvard Business School.
