Aaron Spence

Aaron Spence has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Philanthropic Partnerships Manager at Resilia, where they started in June 2023. Aaron also serves as a Sr. Consultant (ML/AI) at Melior and an IDEA Practitioner at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, both since June 2023.

In addition, Aaron is a Member of the Chief of Staff Network and an Advisor at a Stealth Startup, both roles starting in March 2023. Prior to these positions, they were a Troop Member at TroopHR, a national HR network, starting in November 2022.

Before their recent roles, Aaron held leadership positions at Design Pickle. Aaron served as the Head of Global Culture & Talent Development from May 2021 to March 2023, where they implemented employee satisfaction programs and developed a talent development framework. Aaron also held the position of Head of Customer Success from July 2017 to May 2021, managing the company's largest enterprise clients and overseeing customer-facing client service management.

Aaron's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Activist Consulting from October 2015 to July 2017, where they partnered with educational institutions on process improvements and customer success management. Aaron also served as the Director of Advancement Services at West Catholic Preparatory High School from May 2013 to October 2015, focusing on fundraising and donor relations.

Aaron began their career as a Program Manager at THE WISHLER GROUP LLC from April 2009 to May 2013.

Aaron Spence holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy & History from La Salle University. Aaron is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Analytics from Eastern University, with an expected completion date in 2026. Additionally, they have obtained the certification of Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in September 2020.
