Naa-Shorme Aidoo

Naa-Shorme Aidoo is currently a Senior Nonprofit Partnerships Manager at Resilia and a Wellness Coach at edwell. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CEO of N. Aidoo Consulting, LLC, where they provided education consulting and management consulting services to clients in the nonprofit industry, K-12 education, and tech. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Policy & Government Affairs, Chair of Equity Committee, and Program Manager at ExpandED Schools. In 2017, they were a Fulbright Scholar at The Fulbright Program. In 2016, they were a Policy Advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Education at The Urban Leaders Fellowship. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Founding Elementary School Teacher at Democracy Prep Harlem Elementary. In 2014, they were a Legislative Intern at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Naa-Shorme Aidoo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & English from Georgetown University, followed by a Masters of Science in Education from Fordham University. In November 2012, they also obtained a certification in Sustainable Community Engagement from the University of Stellenbosch.
