Dylan Hayden has a diverse background in government, defense, and aerospace industries. With experience in managing logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations for the US Navy, Dylan has led large teams and overseen multimillion-dollar budgets. Dylan has also worked as a Project Manager and Program Manager, handling strategic communications and operational logistics for special operations forces. Currently, at Resilinc, Dylan serves as the Director of Customer Success for the government, defense, and aerospace sector, managing clients and optimizing their supply chain performance. Dylan is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Emory University, building on their previous education in Communications Studies and Business Communications.
