Zameer Ahmad

Zameer Ahmad is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at Resilinc since January 2016, Zameer excels in employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Manager of Operations at Concentrix Technologies India Pvt Ltd, where management of SLA's, client KPIs, and process improvement were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at IBM Global Process Services involved client relation management, team mentoring, and quality assurance. Zameer holds a Master of Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from the University of Lucknow.
