Juan José Pérez Padilla

Juan José Pérez Padilla has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Juan José started their career at Nature Pack S.A., where they were responsible for quality and R&D. Juan José later became the director of quality, R&D, and the factory. Juan José then joined Becosa Energias Renovables as the director of development and operations, overseeing the construction and operation of cogeneration plants. Juan José also implemented maintenance and continuous improvement programs. Later, they worked as the gerente-director técnico at DENPLAX, where they optimized the plant's production capacity and managed the overall operations. Juan José then moved on to Mantesur Andévalo, where they negotiated contracts, supervised plant operations, and led a large team for the commissioning of mineral processing plants. Subsequently, they worked at Proyecto Riotinto - Atalaya Mining as the director of assets, facilities, compliance, and deputy director of operations. There they were responsible for maintenance, risk prevention, security, and project management. Prior to their current role, they worked at B S I as a freelance director of engineering and improvement projects, managing foreign investments in mining and chemical sectors. Now, they serve as the technical director at Resilux, overseeing engineering, maintenance, and molds. Juan José is also leading investment projects and coordinating contractors for the installation and start-up of new production lines.

Juan José Pérez Padilla has a diverse education history. In 1986 to 1994, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanics. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued further education at the Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía (CEA) and obtained a Superior Technician degree in Occupational Health and Risk Prevention, specializing in Health and Safety in the workplace.

In 2016 to 2017, they attended two business schools, EAE Business School and OBS Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Production Management and Process Improvement. Their field of study during this period focused on optimization and process management.
