Pavel B. has a diverse professional background in HR, IT recruiting, and machine learning operations. Currently, Pavel is the Head of Machine Learning Operations at Resistant AI, where Pavel manages a growing team, develops internal tools for data analysis, and expands existing features capabilities. Prior to this role, Pavel worked as a Security & Fraud Analyst at the same company. Before joining Resistant AI, Pavel gained experience in IT recruitment at BRIDGEWATER and LutechResources, as well as in HR roles at NAVERTICA a.s. and SMS InfoComm. Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Development Studies from Mendel University in Brno.
