Ana Carolina de Carvalho Silva

Ana Carolina de Carvalho Silva is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in managing and leading design teams across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer at Resleeve, Ana also mentors aspiring designers at adplist.org. Previous roles include Product Design Manager at Sanar, where Ana spearheaded the design of multiple digital products, and Product Design Manager & Design Ops Manager at Dasa, focusing on the development of new digital products in the health sector. Ana's background also includes significant contributions as UX Design Lead at both EBANX and Involves, and ownership of INConsciente Coletivo, a festival for creative economy empowerment. Educationally, Ana holds a Master’s degree from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and postgraduate credentials in Strategic Design from IED São Paulo, complemented by a Bachelor's in Graphic Design from Universidade da Região de Joinville.
