Hollye Watkins has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Hollye started their career in 1991 as an Early Childhood Educator at Arkansas Children's Hospital and later worked as a Family and Consumer Science instructor at Van Cove Public Schools. In 1992, they became a self-employed Owner in the retail industry. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Civics/Arkansas History teacher at De Quen Public Schools.
In 1988, Hollye joined ASC/Star Management as a Project Manager/Property Management professional, where they gained expertise in property management, sales, community relations, leasing, and compliance with various regulations. Hollye worked there until 2008.

In this role, they are responsible for managing the sales team and promoting the software, which provides property management solutions and enhances operational and accounting processes for multifamily professionals.
Hollye Watkins obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership with a specialization in Gifted, Talented & Creativity from Arkansas State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in Political Science and Government from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
