Andrew Kasprzak

Andrew Kasprzak has extensive experience in various managerial and training roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Corporate Productivity Applications Manager and Business Process Owner at ResMed since November 2015, Andrew has previously held roles such as Shared Services Manager, Team Lead in Solutions Operations, Scrum Master, and Quality Process Specialist. Prior to ResMed, Andrew was an Educational Consultant and Technical Trainer at Nova Scotia Construction Sector Council, focusing on program development for the construction industry. Andrew's career also includes leadership positions at BlackBerry and EastLink, where responsibilities ranged from managing high-performing teams to overseeing internal communications and training. Earlier experience includes training roles at Convergys. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Acadia University.
