Charles Finch

Charles Finch has held various engineering positions at different companies including Rheem Australia, Randwick City Council, University of New South Wales, and ResMed. At ResMed, Charles currently serves as the Principal Systems Engineer/Manager, focusing on product development and leading a team in the Systems Engineering function within the Patient Interface division. Charles is dedicated to growing their managerial capability and fostering the growth of individual team members and the group function as a whole.
