Dilyana Pavlova

Dilyana Pavlova, CCXP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Experience Insights at ResMed, Dilyana has previously held positions at Abbott, including Customer Experience & NPS Global Program Manager and Senior Manager of Customer Experience, as well as various roles in customer experience and project management. Dilyana's career also includes experience as a Marketing Manager at Solugenix and an MBA Strategic Services Consultant at Abbott Laboratories. Early career experience includes a Service Marketing Internship at Siemens. Dilyana holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Services Leadership from the W. P.
