Bosmat Orbach Ivry has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Bosmat started their career in 2005 as a System Analyst in the Prime Minister's Office. Bosmat then moved on to work as a PMO at Ceragon Networks and Orantech from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Bosmat worked as a Program Manager at N-trig. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Red Bend Software (Harman), working with major OEMs and operators in the Automotive, IOT, and Mobile industries. Bosmat joined WEKA in 2016 as a Release Manager, responsible for managing software releases and maintaining collaboration between R&D and other departments. Bosmat then progressed to become the Customer Success Strategy Manager, overseeing the customer journey and implementing processes to enhance customer experience. Currently, Bosmat serves as the Director of Business Operations at WEKA, where they focus on streamlining processes, driving growth, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Bosmat Orbach Ivry obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from Tel Aviv University between 2012 and 2014. Bosmat also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, attained from 2006 to 2010.
