Enida Zhapa

Enida Zhapa is an experienced Atlassian Engineer currently employed at Resmed since November 2025, focusing on optimizing the Atlassian toolset for the company. Prior to this role, Enida spent over nine years at Atlassian, progressing through various engineering positions including Senior Service Enablement Engineer and Senior Cloud Support Engineer, specializing in level 3 application support and having global expertise in automation, development tools, and REST APIs. Enida began a career in technical support as a Cloud Support Engineer, effectively providing assistance for Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Earlier experiences include serving as an IN&VAS Senior Engineer at ZTE Corporation and an IN & VAS Support Engineer at Vodafone. Enida holds a Master’s Degree in ICT from Universiteti Politeknik i Tiranës and has further education from the University of Michigan.
