Shirley F. Womack

Shirley F. Womack has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Attraction at ResMed since October 2021, after holding positions such as Director and Senior Manager within the same organization. Prior to ResMed, Womack worked at Abbott from April 2017 to October 2021 as a Senior Manager in Global Talent Acquisition, focusing on multiple divisions including Cardiometabolic and Informatics. Womack also held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at GenMark Diagnostics and Senior Recruiter at Millennium Health, where significant contributions included developing a Sales Recruitment Program to reduce external hiring costs. Earlier experience includes consulting on technical recruiting and serving as a Technical Recruiter at Agilent Technologies. Womack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Colorado State University.
