Sergey Sarkisov

Sergey Sarkisov has an extensive background in the insurance industry, serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at RESO-Garantia since 1991. Prior to this role, Sergey was the Director of the Representative office of INGOSSTRAKH in Latin America. With a Master of Science in Economics and a Ph.D., Sergey has a solid educational foundation from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
