Mark Batson Baril

Mark Batson Baril is a seasoned conflict resolution expert with extensive experience in mediation and conflict management. As the Founder and Senior Practitioner at Resologics since 2009, Mark provides team conflict-related services to optimize dynamics within organizations. In addition to leading the Neighborhood Mediation Center as Executive Director, Mark has co-led significant projects with Mediators Beyond Borders International, including trauma-informed mediation training in Rwanda and advocating for mediation language in climate change treaties. With a robust background in ongoing professional development in various conflict resolution specialties, Mark has also served as a Consulting Ombudsman for MBB Consulting and a Consulting Mediator for the Environmental Mediation Center. Mark holds an MS in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Woodbury Institute of Champlain College and a BS in Business & Personnel Management from Merrimack College.
