TJ Osborne currently serves as the Manager of Paid Planning & Buying at Resolute Digital since April 2021. Previously, TJ worked as a Media Buyer at Strategic Media Services, Inc. from June 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included placing traditional and digital media for political campaigns during the 2018 and 2020 election cycles. Notably, TJ was the sole cable television buyer for SMS's largest issue client, managing media placements in nine states across 17 Congressional Districts. Earlier experience includes an internship with John McNally for State Senate in 2012, focused on grassroots campaigning. TJ holds a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security and Political Science from American University, and has also studied at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad and the University of Cambridge.
