Jennifer Vierling

Jennifer Vierling is an experienced legal and financial professional with a diverse background in litigation and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance, Operations, and Legal Audit at Resolute Management, Inc. since September 2010, Jennifer has held various roles including Assistant Vice President of the Litigation Management Unit and Legal Audit Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at CNA Insurance as a Litigation Attorney focusing on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and litigation management, as well as serving as an Associate at Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey and as Vice Chairman for the Naperville Township Republicans. Jennifer's early career featured a position as an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office, where responsibilities included litigation and civil prosecution. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
